Our Service to You
A courier service is a private, specialized delivery business that transports packages, documents, and goods quickly, directly, and securely from one location to another.

Team
• Couriers / Drivers: The frontline workers who pick up, transport, and deliver items using bicycles, motorcycles, cars, vans, or trucks.
• Dispatchers: The coordinators who manage routes, communicate with drivers in real time, assign rush orders, and optimize delivery schedules.
• Logistics & Operations Managers: The supervisors who oversee fleet maintenance, warehouse or hub sorting, chain-of-custody compliance, and client accounts.
• Customer Service & Support Representatives: The staff who handle incoming order requests, tracking inquiries, proof-of-delivery questions, and issue resolution.

Sales
• Value Proposition: Sales teams do not just pitch shipping rates; they sell speed, real-time tracking, signature verification, specialized handling (such as medical or legal documents), and risk reduction.
• Target Audience: Customers include business-to-business (B2B) supply chains, e-commerce stores, healthcare facilities, legal offices, and individual consumers needing urgent same-day or overnight transport.
• Contract Negotiation: Sales representatives structure custom shipping agreements, volume-based discounts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) regarding delivery windows and insurance coverage.

Training
Age: At least 18 years old (some companies or specialized contracts require you to be 21).
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent (though some app-based gig jobs do not strictly check this).
Driver’s License: A valid driver's license for your region (a Commercial Driver’s License or CDL is usually only needed if driving large heavy vehicles over 13 tons or specialized hazardous materials).
Driving Record: A clean driving record with no major infractions or excessive points.
Vehicle & Insurance: A reliable, registered vehicle (car, van, or bike depending on the job) with active auto insurance (and sometimes business or commercial liability insurance).
Background Check & Drug Screening: Many employers and contractor networks require passing a criminal background check and drug test.
Tech & Skills: Proficiency with smartphones, navigation/GPS apps, basic organization, and good customer service skills.
